Zoo Ideas?

So, I'm making this Typographic Zoo, that is, animals carved out from typography. Now I want this thing to be really awesome, not the typical butterfly made out of B's (not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just really out there and overused). I've been thinking of some animals but if have any ideas feel free to tell :D

I've got these dudes thought up already:

Dragonfly
Ladybug
Lion
Frog
Snail
Peacock
Giraffe
Elephant

all the basic zoo dudes and some more, what others could I do? and how? be checkin in on ya peeps
